Timeless jeweled masterpieces, each with a deeply embedded philosophy

Neha Dani is an artist with a deep connection to her innermost emotions which she translates into poetic compositions in her jewelry. Her inspirations are transformed into sculptural forms and three-dimensional silhouettes that make her designs unique and refined.  Her design process is meditative and begins with her carving out the details with her favorite medium – jeweler’s wax. She explores form, volume, light, and movement – often sparked by a journey of self-discovery and introspection.  her multi-layered sculptural creations are strikingly contemporary, drawing from her experiences, emotions, and beliefs.

Neha Dani’s Jeweled Sculptures

The journey of each complex one-of-a-kind three-dimensional jewel takes many months or more. Dani completes only about a dozen pieces each year so she can be personally involved in every step of the process. That’s why each wearable work of art has the clarity of her singular artistic vision.  Poetry in form, volume, light, and color, each work is part of an edition exploring a single facet of the natural world in depth.

Understanding the talent behind Neha Dani

Neha Dani grew up in a traditional Indian family with a passion for travel.  She was raised exploring the world, absorbing a myriad of art, culture, and wonders –from magical glaciers in Alaska to classical art in the museums of Europe. These experiences gave birth to the artist in her.  Dani followed her studies at the Gemological Institute of America where her lifelong passion for gems was born.  She became a Fellow of the Gemological Association of Great Britain and returned to India where she began designing unique pieces with fine gems and diamonds.

In 2019, Neha Dani was awarded the ‘Rising Star” Award from the Fashion Group of America in the Fine Jewellery Category and was featured in multiple prestigious publications including Vogue, Women’s Wear Daily, Robb Report and the New York Times.  In 2017 Dani was profiled in Juliet Weir de la Rochefoucauld‘s book  ‘Women Jewellery Designers‘ along with international icons Victoire de Castellane, Coco Chanel and Paloma Picasso.  

Since then, Dani has exhibited her designs in New York at the Macklowe Gallery, Sotheby’s and the Salon of Art & Design presented by Vogue Italia as well as the Trinity House Gallery in London.  In 2020, Neha Dani’s work was featured in the book “Coveted” by Melanie Grant, a comprehensive book on jewelry as an art form that features a collection of today’s most exclusive jewelers.

Neha Dani will be showcasing her unique collection of artistic jewelry for public viewing in collaboration with “The Living Room Series”,
