One of Palm Beach’s most familiar stops is getting an entirely new identity. Gab’s Organics is reimagining the island’s historic Sunoco as a modern neighborhood destination where filling the tank might be only the beginning.

Led by Chef Gabrielle, the concept will bring together quality fuel with morning coffee, chef-driven grab-and-go meals, thoughtfully sourced snacks and everything needed for an impromptu beach picnic. White’s Apothecary at Green’s Pharmacy

A little bit of the Hamptons is heading south as White’s Apothecary joins forces with Palm Beach institution Green’s Pharmacy.

The pairing brings together two longtime names with devoted followings in their respective communities. Green’s has been part of Palm Beach since 1938, making the arrival of the Hamptons apothecary an intriguing meeting of two established East Coast favorites.

HOTKOR Reformer

One arrival Palm Beachers can already try is HOTKOR Reformer, the latest concept from West Palm Beach fitness and recovery studio HOTKOR.

The new Florida Avenue studio expands the HOTKOR universe into equipment-based training, with Xformer classes joining the brand’s existing emphasis on movement and recovery. Avenue 31

Monte Carlo is coming to Palm Beach with the anticipated arrival of Avenue 31.

Born on Avenue Princesse Grace in Monaco, the restaurant is known for a refined but relaxed approach to Italian and Mediterranean dining, with fresh seafood, artisanal pastas and seasonal dishes at the center of its menu. Its arrival in Palm Beach promises to bring a taste of the Riviera to the island.

Coffee at The Church Mouse

Soon there will be another reason to linger at The Church Mouse. A new grab-and-go coffee counter is planned for the beloved South County Road shop, adding a caffeine stop to the treasure hunt.

The counter is expected to serve locally roasted Pumphouse Coffee, with proceeds supporting the charitable outreach of Bethesda-by-the-Sea. Palm Beach Town Council has already approved the special exception for the concept.

Tracy Anderson Studio

Palm Beach’s fitness scene is getting another notable addition with a permanent Tracy Anderson Studio on the way.

The celebrity-followed fitness method has developed a devoted audience around its distinctive movement-based workouts. A permanent island home will give local devotees a dedicated destination for the method beyond its seasonal presence.

BVLGARI

Palm Beach’s luxury shopping landscape continues to grow, this time with one of Rome’s most recognizable names.

BVLGARI is set to join the island, bringing the Italian house’s jewelry, watches and unmistakably bold Roman aesthetic to Palm Beach. The arrival adds another major international name to an already formidable luxury retail scene.

Lillys at The Nora Hotel

West Palm Beach is about to get a new view. Lilly’s, the rooftop destination at the forthcoming Nora Hotel, will bring an elevated escape to the neighborhood with bright cocktails, a sparkling pool and expansive views across the city.

This October, art, nature and philanthropy come together at one of West Palm Beach’s most distinctive settings.

On October 16, the Perry J. Cohen Foundation will present Art With A Heart, a benefit auction at the historic Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens featuring works by more than 50 internationally recognized and emerging artists.

Set throughout the Gardens’ two-acre sanctuary, the evening will bring together collectors, community leaders, environmental advocates and supporters around a shared purpose: using the power of art to create opportunities for the next generation.

A Collection With Purpose

The auction brings an impressive range of contemporary art to Palm Beach, with works by Jeff Koons, Shepard Fairey, RETNA, Carole Feuerman, David LaChapelle, Mr. Brainwash, Hunt Slonem, David Yarrow, Andres Valencia and many more.

The entire collection will be on view at the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens from October 8 through October 16, leading into the benefit evening.

A live auction, presented in partnership with Palm Beach Modern Auctions, will take place on October 16. An accompanying online silent auction opens October 8, expanding the offering beyond fine art to include luxury goods, sports memorabilia and one-of-a-kind experiences.

But the works on the walls are only part of the story.

Where Art Creates Impact

Art With A Heart reflects the four pillars at the center of the Perry J. Cohen Foundation: the arts, environmental and marine education, youth entrepreneurship and boating safety.

Since its founding, PJCF has helped send more than 1,000 children to boating safety classes and provided underserved youth with opportunities to participate in boating, sailing and environmental programs.

Its impact can also be seen in the Perry J. Cohen Wetlands Laboratory at Jupiter Community High School, for which the Foundation raised more than $600,000, and through an endowment at the University of Miami Rosenstiel School supporting scholarships for students studying oceans and the environment.

The Foundation has also supported wildlife organizations, arts education and exhibitions centered around marine life, environmental preservation and the natural world.

Each initiative carries forward Perry’s own interests while giving young people the opportunity to discover passions of their own.

Art, Nature and the Next Generation

Proceeds from Art With A Heart will allow that work to continue. A portion will benefit the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens, supporting an institution where art, education and nature have long existed side by side.

Additional support will benefit Loggerhead Marinelife Center and the Perry J. Cohen Boating Safety & Ocean Stewardship Course, including a floating classroom designed to give children firsthand experience with South Florida’s waterways and natural environment.

For participating artist Shepard Fairey, who also designed the Perry J. Cohen Foundation logo, the connection between creativity and the Foundation’s mission is a natural one.

On June 17, Ornare welcomed 22 members of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors to its showroom in the Flamingo Park Historic District for an exclusive happy hour and private tour. 

Hosted by Ornare Sales Manager Fernanda Landi, and Relationship Manager Adriana Amaral, the evening offered guests an opportunity to experience the brand’s custom interiors firsthand while exploring the natural connection between luxury real estate and thoughtful residential design. 

The gathering was organized in collaboration with Rachel Tessof, Victoria Brewer, and Tracy Malette and marked the first in what Ornare plans to be an ongoing relationship with the local real estate community. 

Bringing Miami’s Design Community North 

Ornare is also creating a bridge between two of South Florida’s most influential design markets. CEO Claudio Faria, Sales Manager Rebeca Daiz, and Relationship Manager Adriana Amaral have begun hosting select groups of Miami designers for curated day trips to West Palm Beach, traveling north for a day centered around design, development, and the city’s continued growth. 
 
The itinerary offers more than a visit to Ornare’s Palm Beach showroom. Guests are introduced to notable residential projects where the brand already has a presence, including the Related Ross Experience Center, where Ornare participates in the Artisan Home Program with a custom closet vignette, and the Olara Residences Sales Gallery, where Ornare closets are incorporated into the development.
