Aspen, CO.

Après-ski caviar with a vibe:  The Wine Bar at  The Little Nell.

Enjoy a traditional caviar service paired with your favorite (finest) wine, or get a little adventurous with their selection of à la carte sides (we don’t know what pickled onion petals are, but we need them in our lives), all while still in your ski attire as an in-house DJ spins at just the right volume.

Prefer to savor your caviar slopeside? Cloud9 has you covered with its own take on a traditional caviar service that may or may not include a champagne shower and guarantees scenic views along with quite “the Scene.”

Next up is Snow Lodge at the St Regis. This luxurious and culturally rich destination has become a favorite among the social set.

Caviar offerings include smoked mozzarella sticks with caviar, a caviar potato, and even caviar bumps, all offered with a choose-your-own-caviar-adventure caveat: Caviar in the courtyard where the DJ spins and the party people play, a more subdued experience at the dark and intimate Jade Room bar, or, as part of their sophisticated experience at Supper Club.

Honorable Mention:

The Crepe Shack. The Aspenite AKA Bougie Crepe is to-die-for; Oscietra Caviar, smoked salmon, scrampled eggs, a dill cream sauce, and onion. And the order-at-the-counter / seat yourself vibe made for the most casual caviar experience we’ve ever had & cannot wait to have again!


East Hampton, NY

You are invited to High Tea in the beautiful garden setting of the Baker House 1650.

From top-tier teas and decadent “dainties” in the garden to champagne and caviar by the pool,
Timeless sophistication meets Sunday Funday every Sunday afternoon from 1:30 to 4, and it’s “absolutely marvelous!”

Houston, TX.

Located in River Oaks, Toulouse offers guests an exceptional fine dining experience, a sophisticated vibe, al fresco courtyard dining reminiscent of Paris (live music and all),  and can’t-miss “Caviar Bites” on the menu. We will have the caviar tacos please!

Creating backyard moments, where sunny afternoons turn into moonlit evenings, Fiora’s Bottle Shop is all about an understated vibe, a less-is-more philosophy, and a friendly, approachable atmosphere that feels right for an array of plans; casual date night, long lunches with the girls, happy hour that may or may not turn into a night out…

Fiora’s menu focuses on quality ingredients. It offers a selection of shareable dishes that seamlessly suit group gatherings and complement their wine list, such as our favorite version of “fish & chips,” Altima Caviar served with homemade chips and creme fraiche.

Rustic, tranquil, and elegant, Rainbow Lodge is a captivating cabin surrounded by natural elements offering a fine dining (and drinking) experience that is “sophisticated, not stuffy.”

At Rainbow it’s all about Holiday Season Caviar:

At the bar: Marc Borel’s caviar-infused martinis, served with a caviar sidecar.

À table: Rainbow Lodge’s highly coveted annual Champagne & Caviar dinner. (Keep an eye out for this one, as it is a reservations-only holiday season exclusive that sells out immediately!)

Los Angeles, CA.

An unforgettable dining experience that combines the essence of New England seafood with a touch of modern flair and global influences. Saltie Girl stands out not just for its food but also for its elegant, polished vibe that remains casual and approachable.

With a menu dedicated to caviar, Saltie Girl is a caviar lover’s dream. Among the offerings are Mini Caviar Roll (caviar-topped buttered brioche), Rigatoni & Caviar, and the one that really got our attention, Burrata di Puglia…with caviar.

Located in a former recording studio from the ’70, Grandmaster Recorders offers the option to dine indoors at their 71Studio Bar or al fresco atop their rooftop lounge, where guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills and experience the caviar cannoli. What else could you possibly need to know?

The Rooftop by JG, located at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, offers an exquisite dining experience celebrated for its market-driven breakfast and lunch & dinner dishes that are light, bright, and designed to be shared.

Regarding the Meyer Lemon Gelée served with Caviar and Crème Fraîche or the Warm Glazed Potatoes with Caviar, we think we will each order our own!

Miami, FL.

Donna Mare is an inviting trattoria serving locally sourced traditional Italian fare and seafood. Authentically Italian, rare wood-fired oven and all, Donna Mare’s offerings will now include a traditional caviar service featuring Altima Caviar making it the perfect spot for REAL talian pizza with my personal favorite topping! Caviar, of course!

Delilah on Brickell Key, offers a unique dining experience that blends a nostalgic, glamorous atmosphere reminiscent of the 1920s, with a modern supper club vibe. Delilah’s guests are immersed in the era it seeks to emulate, not just through its décor but also with live music, adding a fun and fabulous element to the overall dining experience.

So committed to the “experience,” Delilah’s has a no-picture policy that encourages guests to fully engage with their surroundings, the company they are with, and the flavors they delight in. The caviar service is traditional, but no selfies and Instagramming at the table? That in itself makes the experience unlike any other, so we felt it deserved mention!

Famed Miami Design District restaurant and lounge, Swan, from David Grutman and Pharrell Williams is Miami’s version of a brasserie: bright and energetic, yet imbued with the spirit of a classic European eatery.

Brunch, lunch, dinner, or even late-night dessert, Swan is always a good idea, as is their Key Club hit dish “Chips & Caviar” — a delightful French onion dip topped with golden osetra caviar and served with housemade potato chips

Napa Valley, CA.

The Gentleman Farmer Bungalow is a reimagined 1926 California Craftsman bungalow that serves as a venue where members of the Gentleman Farmer Wine Club Collective and their guests can participate in full-bodied events that include not only their appreciation for food and wine but for unique experiences and a joie do vivre.

Their February events included a hot air balloon ride followed by a bountiful breakfast, a fully immersive 6-course lunch that starts in the kitchen, and the most recently, Breakfast of Champions that follows a 5k run around Napa Valley.

Participants gather, converse, taste, and share food, wine, experiences, and Altima Caviar in the sophisticated and intimate setting of … the Gentleman Farmer’s Bungalow.

New York City, NY.

Amid a constantly evolving lineup of hotspots and caviar’s trending status, [caviar} bumps at the bar have quickly gone from “new” to “normal.” Temple Bar, Tokyo Record Bar, and Nubeluz are just a few upscale bars with a cocktail & caviar bump offering in Manhattan.

Nestled in the cellar of a restored 1880s loft building, RH Guesthouse Champagne & Caviar Bar offers a caviar experience that feels fitting, authentic, and embodies the essence of sophistication —magnificent yet unpretentious, traditional yet distinctive, and decadent yet unassuming.

Our Decadent Destination Edit wouldn’t be complete without a mention of Michelin star Chef Richard Farnabe’s Forbidden Donuts.  Formerly Executive Chef to Petrossian and presently Altima Caviar Ambassador, Chef Richard takes decadence to another level with his savory donuts .  From lobster, to foie gras, to his flagship doughnut:  Oscetra caviar cream filling and topped with crème fraiche glaze and vodka jelly.  And the best part?  Decadence delivered to your doorstep (Only in Manhattan)

“From coffee to cocktails” (and now caviar, too), Cafe Deux is a quaint bistro with all-day dining, an unassuming vibe, a commitment to quality, and a thoughtfully curated wine list.

Orange County, CA.

Nestled in the heart of Newport Beach’s luxurious South Coast Plaza, Knife Pleat invites diners to indulge in a meticulously curated menu where innovation meets tradition.

Caviar High Tea on the plein-air patio anyone? How is this not a thing everywhere?

The Pelican Grill in Newport Beach is a coastal dining dream; sweeping ocean views, al fresco dining, cool signature cocktails, and an overall vibe that is elevated yet approachable.

Three words on the menu; Caviar and Fries. Two words from us: Yes Please.

A hidden gem located in the heart of Orange County, CIR Lounge offers rare Japanese whiskies, other exclusive, often hard-to-find spirits, exquisite craft cocktails, and, of course, caviar.

The 1920s-inspired art deco aesthetic, moody lighting, and dramatic vibe make for a unique experience with even the most traditional caviar service (which they do offer). Still, it’s the Caviar Cones-bite size cones filled with caviar, spicy tuna, Yuzu, crème fraiche topped with gold flakes–that, by all accounts, “you’d be crazy not to try.”

Palm Beach, FL.

Yes, we know, there is a lot of Altima Caviar on this list… Biased? Maybe, but that does not mean these experiences are not as fabulous as they sound… It does however speak to Altima Caviar’s caliber, quality, and consistency!

Paris meets Palm Beach at La Goulue (and we will meet you there any day/ anytime).

Buzzing with life, laughter, and clinking glasses, La Goulue is where one goes for fabulous food, sensational service (always with a smile), and an overall vibe that screams “je ne sais quoi factor.”

From their exceptional traditional caviar service featuring three Oscietra varieties to their McCallan Whiskey/Altima Caviar Pairing, La Goulue’s caviar experiences are exceptional and exquisite!

No Palm Beach dining edit is complete without mention of BiCE Ristorante.

Born in Milan and created as a dining destination that follows true Italian tradition in that it honors family and friends second only to food, the BiCEexperience is always filled with memorable moments and magnificent meals.

We highly recommend the Pasta a la Caviale; one bite and its amore.

Our absolutely favorite spot for a casual, cool, and quintessentially coastal dining experience: Cod & Capers, where the caviar experience is definitely unexpected and unlike any other!

What to order? Anything really, but our go-to is the “Market Plate” with a side of (Altima) caviar, and it goes like this:

Step 1. Make your fresh-caught seafood selection from the marketplace
Step 2. Order it prepared to your specifications
Step 3. Sit down, relax, and delight in caviar while you wait for your meal

San Francisco, CA.

Birch & Rye, the only Russian restaurant currently mentioned in the Michelin Guide, offers a traditional caviar service guaranteed to satisfy even the most discerning caviar connoisseur, as well as a-la-carte, more creative caviar options.

Yes please to a Fabergé Egg with Golden Oscietra Caviar and cauliflower foam on brioche. And for dessert, we will take the rye donuts with caramel sauce topped with Siberian Sturgeon Caviar.

A contemporary wine bar that exudes a hip and swanky vibe, Le Fantastique’scaviar offerings are also on the sweet side!

Two questions;

1-Is this a San Francisco thing?

2-Can we please make it an everywhere thing?

Kaluga-topped eclairs and Oscietra-carrying madeleines take “decadent dessert” to new heights, and we are here for it!

Telluride, CO.

From après-ski to evening desert and any drinks/dinner plan in between, the Timber Room guarantees a good time and great food!

Case in Point: Baked potato topped with creme fraiche and Russian Oscietra caviar

Caviar at Kazahani is next. Marked by a culinary experience rooted in Japanese tradition (Omakase) and precision, Kazahani offers intricate dishes that fuse only the finest ingredients so beautifully plated it is nothing short of art.

This experience is particularly fitting to the caviar connoisseur with an affinity for exploring caviar’s relationship with accompanying flavors and textures.

Everyone else? You still want to swing by Kazahani for the sultry bar scene and creative cocktails!
