Each March, as the season reaches its cultural crescendo, Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary becomes one of the most important rooms in South Florida. Presented by Art Miami, the fair returns for its ninth edition with an invitation only VIP Preview on Thursday, March 19, followed by public access through Sunday, March 22, 2026 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.
Timed to coincide with the height of the winter social calendar, PBM+C has established itself as the definitive art moment of the season, drawing serious collectors, curators, museum directors and interior designers for an intimate look at museum quality works available for acquisition. It is less spectacle and more substance, a focused gathering of international galleries presenting works from the contemporary, modern, post war and pop eras.

PBM+C brings together an internationally respected roster of galleries from across Europe, North America and beyond, offering works from blue chip masters and rising voices alike. Names such as Alex Katz, David Hockney, Yayoi Kusama, Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Alexander Calder and Henry Moore will appear alongside emerging and mid career artists whose works continue to shape the global conversation.
The fair has become a winter anchor not only because of its caliber but because of its audience. Palm Beach’s ever growing community of culturally fluent collectors and design leaders has transformed the fair into a meaningful marketplace, one where acquisitions are made with discernment rather than impulse.
Throughout the weekend, Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary Talks will take place inside the VIP Lounge, offering thoughtful conversations that explore the intersection of art, technology and creative innovation.
Highlights include an intimate discussion with photographer David Yarrow, presented by Holden Luntz Gallery, offering insight into his cinematic approach to wildlife and storytelling. Art critic Bruce Helander will also moderate a conversation with multidisciplinary artist Tyler K. Smith, focusing on his imaginative science fiction inspired works.
Beyond the Convention Center, the fair extends into the community. Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens will once again serve as a satellite venue, featuring a special exhibition by 2025 Artist in Residence Jane Manus, whose bold geometric forms reflect modernist precision and movement. Sponder Gallery will also present a special exhibition of works by Alex Katz, opening in conjunction with the fair.

PBM+C arrives at a deliberate moment in the season, coinciding with the Palm Beach International Boat Show and creating a natural dialogue between art, design and life along Flagler Drive. For collectors and VIP cardholders, the crossover feels seamless, with complimentary one-day admission to the boat show extending the experience beyond the convention center walls.
Inside the fair, thoughtful touches including a café, an inviting VIP Lounge and shuttle service to Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens allow the days to unfold at an easy, considered pace.
As Director Nick Korniloff notes, the fair continues to mark a defining cultural moment each winter. In a calendar filled with social obligations, PBM+C distinguishes itself with clarity and focus, bringing the international art market directly to one of the world’s most discerning collecting communities.
