Where to Taste Altima This Season

This summer, Altima Caviar returns to the East End with unmistakable presence, partnering with a select group of destinations where style and flavor align. From Sag Harbor to Montauk and East Hampton, our caviar adds a refined edge to the season’s most anticipated tables, gatherings, and moments.

In Sag Harbor, Sage & Madison sets the tone. This restored 18th-century property is part concept store, part café, and entirely curated. They kicked off summer with the Kulson capsule launch, where guests sipped cocktails and tasted Altima Caviar in the garden while previewing the new collection.

The boutique continues its summer rotation with standout pop-ups including Libertine (June 23–30), The Falls (July 3–7), and Carolyn and Baobab (July 24–28). Whether you’re browsing the latest arrivals or stopping in for an espresso, Sage & Madison remains a favorite place to pause, and indulge.

Baker House 1650, East Hampton

The Baker House 1650’s Afternoon Tea

At Baker House 1650, Altima Caviar is served in one of the East End’s most serene and storied settings. The ivy-covered estate is known for its English-style gardens, historic interiors, and quietly luxurious atmosphere. On July 3, the inn will host a Sunset Caviar Tasting in the garden, an intimate early evening affair featuring individual tins, champagne service, and light music beneath the trees.

Throughout the season, Baker House also continues its Sunday Garden Art & Tea series, where caviar and conversation feel equally at home.

The Hedges Inn, East Hampton

In East Hampton, The Hedges Inn has taken on a new rhythm under the direction of Sarah Wetenhall, also owner of The Colony. Caviar has found a natural home here, whether accompanying afternoon rosé or the inn’s Sunday trivia nights hosted by Swifty’s. “It’s an indulgence that feels perfectly at home here—elegant, celebratory and ideal for a breezy lunch or golden hour aperitif,” says Wetenhall. “It’s a luxury you can feel good enjoying.

Those visiting in July can also explore the Chanel Summer Salon pop-up, open through July 28—a stylish complement to a weekend of champagne and caviar.

Mary Lou’s Montauk

In Montauk, Mary Lou’s brings its signature mix of mood, music, and maximalism to the East End. The design-forward space, known for its velvet banquettes, mirrored walls, and candlelit glow, now features Altima Caviar towers as a staple of the evening experience.

With live DJs, seasonal cocktails, and a steady stream of well-dressed regulars, Mary Lou’s is as much a destination as it is a dinner reservation. It’s where the night begins, or where it lingers well past last light.

From Montauk sunsets to Sag Harbor salons, Altima Caviar brings a quiet sense of celebration to the summer’s most considered spaces. It’s not just a garnish, it’s a gesture. A detail that speaks volumes. A ritual worth repeating. Here’s to a season of flavor, elegance, and enduring indulgence!
