West Palm Beach’s evolution is no longer speculative, it is underway.
Behind several of the city’s most anticipated developments is NDT Development, the team quietly shaping a new era of hospitality, wellness and residential living across the district. From boutique hotels to private club culture to vertical living, their latest projects signal a broader shift in how the city intends to grow.
The Nora Hotel
Slated to open in September 2026, The Nora Hotel will anchor the heart of the Nora District as a 201-key boutique property developed in partnership with BD Hotels and hospitality visionary Sean MacPherson, known for defining downtown New York stays at The Bowery and The Mercer.
Designed with Mediterranean and Spanish colonial revival influences inspired by Addison Mizner’s architectural language, the hotel will feature arched loggias, sunlit courtyards and layered tilework that feel contextual rather than imported. Interiors by Gachot Studios aim for refined restraint, balancing elegance with livability.
At its center will be Pastis, the iconic Parisian-style brasserie long synonymous with New York dining culture and already established in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. Its arrival in West Palm Beach marks a natural expansion within South Florida, bringing its signature brasserie classics and timeless atmosphere to a new audience while reinforcing the district’s growing culinary credibility.
With a rooftop pool and bar, spa amenities and immediate access to the surrounding walkable district, The Nora Hotel is designed as both destination and extension of neighborhood life.

Court Club
Separate from the Nora District but aligned in vision, Court Club represents NDT’s expansion into private lifestyle and wellness programming.
Opening in late 2026, the boutique private club will center around sport and social life, with an 80-foot lap pool, premium tennis, pickleball and padel courts including a custom enclosed padel pavilion, landscaped grounds and an event lawn. The clubhouse, designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners and Ward + Gray, will house culinary programming from the team behind Lamarina and Cucina.
Rather than a traditional members-only enclave, Court Club is being positioned as a modern lifestyle anchor with family programming, tournaments and community events built into its foundation.

Nora Residential
NDT’s next phase also brings housing into the equation.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for early 2026 on a 12-story luxury rental building introducing approximately 350 residences, including loft-style units and three-story townhomes with private garages. Fifty-two units will be designated as affordable housing, integrating broader access into the district’s growth.
Residents will have access to a fifth-floor pool terrace, rooftop fitness wing, pickleball courts, cold plunge pool, coworking spaces, summer kitchen lounges and a dog run terrace.
A collection of for-sale condominiums is also planned, bringing approximately 122 luxury residences to the area, alongside additional mixed-use towers that will expand the district’s residential and retail footprint.

Taken together, these projects signal something larger than individual openings. They reflect a coordinated vision for how West Palm Beach will live, gather and grow.
Hospitality that feels rooted in place.
Club culture designed for the next generation.
Residences that make walkability part of daily life.
