The Polo Room debut
Some dining rooms announce themselves loudly. Others arrive and settle in, becoming part of the rhythm almost immediately.
The Polo Room Palm Beach, which opened to the public on December 3, is one of those arrivals—an evening destination where equestrian heritage, international flair, and island glamour meet.
Occupying the former PB Catch space at 251 Sunrise Avenue, The Polo Room introduces a distinctly polo-inspired point of view, led by internationally renowned Argentine polo star and “face” of Polo Ralph Lauren since 2005, Nacho Figueras alongside acclaimed restaurateur, Thierry Beaud.
The result is a dinner spot that feels both familiar and new.

A Room Built Around the Sport
From the moment you step inside, the influence is unmistakable. The décor leans into equestrian elegance with a modern edge, layered with iconic ’80s and ’90s polo photography that gives the space a sense of history and personality. The atmosphere feels intentionally après-polo—dimly lit, social, and designed for long dinners that unfold into late evenings.
It’s the kind of room that invites conversation, where cocktails linger and tables slowly fill with familiar faces.

A Continental Menu with Argentine Soul
At the heart of The Polo Room is a continental menu shaped by Nacho Figueras’ Argentine heritage, built around premium ingredients and confident execution. The offerings highlight seafood and meats with clarity and restraint, allowing quality to lead.
Expect handcrafted empanadas, a vibrant raw bar and crudos, seasonal salads, and house-made pastas. Signature dishes like Lobster Frite, served with hand-cut fries and Béarnaise anchor the menu, alongside exceptional steaks, fish, and shellfish, many prepared with subtle asado inspiration.
The throughline is balance, bold flavors without heaviness, richness offset by freshness, and dishes designed to be savored rather than rushed.

The cocktail program mirrors the room’s ethos: polished classics alongside signature creations that feel at home in Palm Beach. Whether you arrive early for dinner or settle in later, the bar is designed as much for gathering as it is for dining.
Open nightly for dinner (closed Mondays), The Polo Room has quickly established itself as a place where the evening naturally extends.
One more drink, one more conversation, one more reason to stay.
With its mix of equestrian heritage, Argentine influence, and unmistakable Palm Beach energy, The Polo Room Palm Beach feels less like a newcomer and more like a room that’s been waiting to open. It’s a space that understands the rhythm of the island, where sport, style, and social life have always moved together.
In a season defined by fresh openings, The Polo Room stands out for its confidence, clarity, and sense of place—already poised to become a familiar stop after polo, and long after the last match is played.
