The Most Exclusive Match of the Year

This November, one of the Caribbean’s most distinctive gatherings returns to Necker Island. The 2026 Necker Cup, taking place November 29 through December 4, brings together tennis, philanthropy, and private-island living for five nights in the British Virgin Islands.

This year, Robert Riva, Founder and CEO of Paramount Yachts, invites guests to join him on Necker for a week designed around exceptional experiences with an equally meaningful purpose: supporting the National Tennis Foundation and Virgin Unite.

A Tournament With Purpose

At the heart of the Necker Cup is its annual Pro-Am, pairing amateur guests with ATP and WTA professionals and legends of the sport for competition in a setting far removed from the traditional tournament circuit.

This year’s lineup already includes former U.S. Open champion Juan Martín del Potro, Wimbledon finalist Nick Kyrgios, six-time Grand Slam champion Boris Becker, Wimbledon finalist Genie Bouchard, and 16-time Grand Slam doubles champion Mike Bryan. Another four to five players, along with additional celebrity guests and talent, are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

Yet the Necker Cup has always been about more than who steps onto the court. The event uses the draw of world-class sport and the intimate setting of Necker Island to bring guests together in support of organizations working to create meaningful change.

The 2026 event will benefit the National Tennis Foundation and Virgin Unite, with fundraising culminating in a charity dinner and auction on the final evening.

Life on Necker

Away from the court, the pace shifts naturally to island life. Guests have time to experience Necker’s beaches and surrounding waters, with opportunities for sailing, snorkeling, kiteboarding, and paddleboarding woven throughout the week. The schedule balances competition with leisurely lunches, evening gatherings, live entertainment, and time to simply enjoy one of the Caribbean’s most extraordinary private settings.

Accommodations are available on Necker Island, placing guests at the center of the experience, with additional accommodations offered at the Branson Beach Estate on nearby Moskito Island, just a short boat ride away.

The Final Match

The week concludes with the Necker Cup Finals and exhibition match, followed by the charity dinner and auction and the event’s signature End of the World Party. It is a fitting close to a week where competition and celebration ultimately serve something larger.

For guests, the Necker Cup offers rare access to Necker Island and the opportunity to experience world-class tennis in an unusually intimate setting. More importantly, it brings together an international community around a shared purpose, turning an extraordinary week in the British Virgin Islands into meaningful support for the organizations at the heart of the event.
