Mary Lou’s
Mary Lou’s has officially landed in West Palm Beach, combining vintage Palm Beach glam with a modern edge. Created by hospitality visionaries Alex Melillo, Joe Cervasio, and Topher Grubb, the opening week set the bar high with a Black Tie Surrealism Affair, DJ sets by Sofi Tukker and Dombresky, and an atmosphere that’s already redefining nightlife in the area. Lamarina

Malka
Malka, the latest kosher concept from Chef Eyal Shani, brings bold Israeli flavors to West Palm Beach. Mr. B’s Tavern
Mr. B’s Tavern captures the essence of Old Florida charm while embracing a modern, elevated approach to dining. Hive Cafe

Midorie: An intimate sushi concept that has gained a loyal following in Miami, Midorie is known for its elegant yet understated approach to Japanese cuisine. Now, the highly anticipated West Palm Beach location is set to open in November 2025 at Flamingo Park Plaza.
Ela Curry & Cocktails: Set to debut mid-2025 at CityPlace, Ela Curry & Cocktails promises a vibrant blend of Indian street food flavors and expertly crafted cocktails in a setting that is both stylish and inviting.
Mango Mercado: Scheduled to open in mid-2025, Mango Mercado will introduce a fast-casual dining experience at CityPlace, offering grab-and-go options with a focus on fresh, flavorful fare.

Indaco: Set to open at NORA in early 2025, Indaco will showcase rustic Italian cuisine, from hand-crafted pastas to wood-fired pizzas, in a relaxed yet refined setting.
Waxin’s Restaurang & Bar: Waxin’s Restaurang & Bar offers a unique blend of Swedish and American cuisine, featuring a rotating seasonal menu, an exclusive VIP area, and inviting spaces like a cocktail-forward bar, cozy living room, and an outdoor terrace.

Shoppers will be delighted to discover a new Food Hall at Hive Home, Gift & Garden. Inspired by a similar concept in London, Hive Home’s Food Hall is a one-stop shop for all types of gift-giving and is ideal for clients, hostesses, teachers, and service providers. They have expanded their offerings of gourmet food, tabletop, barware, wine and fresh baked goods (plus so much more) which we will artfully package in beautifully branded boxes and crates. Perigold, a luxury home retailer specializing in high-end furniture, lighting, and decor, offers a curated selection from top designer brands. Known for its online platform, Perigold connects customers with exclusive homewares that blend timeless design and superior craftsmanship. The brand is making its physical debut with a store in CityPlace, West Palm Beach, set to open in Fall 2025. The 30,000-square-foot space will feature two floors, offering a unique, immersive shopping experience that allows customers to explore Perigold’s elegant offerings in person.
Suite Dreams
After 17 years and a meticulous renovation, The Palm House Hotel has made its grand return on November 27, 2024. Situated on Royal Palm Way in Palm Beach, this distinguished property now joins the prestigious Iconic Luxury Hotels collection, alongside esteemed names like Cliveden House in England and the Excelsior Venice. The 79-room hotel, including 21 opulent suites, masterfully blends modern sophistication with the timeless charm of Palm Beach. With standout features such as a grand ballroom, a lush garden terrace, and a poolside lawn, The Palm House is poised to become the ultimate retreat for discerning travelers seeking both elegance and exclusivity.
The Vineta Hotel marks Oetker Collection’s first U.S. property and it is nestled in the heart of Palm Beach, just two blocks from Worth Avenue. This luxury retreat beautifully blends its nearly century-old Mediterranean Revival architecture with modern refinements, while keeping its signature pale-pink façade intact. Once home to the iconic Leopard Lounge, the hotel is undergoing a full-scale renovation led by Paris-based designer Tino Zervudachi, aimed at restoring its original elegance while introducing contemporary touches. With 41 spacious rooms—reduced from its original count to enhance the guest experience—the hotel promises a more intimate, elevated stay.

PopUp Bagels: November 2024 – April 2025
The Colony Hotel brings New York’s most sought-after, award-winning bagels and schmears to Palm Beach for its second season.
Preorder every Sunday for the following Sunday. Beginning Sunday, November 3rd at 12:00 pm. The best part? You don’t even have to get out of your car. Drive-thru and pick up your bagels at the Colony’s Coral Ballroom Porte-Cochere. Move quickly – these small-batch bagels sell out within an hour!
PopUp Bagels started as a backyard pickup window to share a newly created bagel recipe with friends. It has now grown to multiple pop-up and permanent locations, ensuring the warmest, freshest, bagels are always within reach. Their goal is simple: to make you the best bagels with no frills.
The Colony Classics
The Living Room Series: Every Wednesday 5 pm – 7 pm | October 23rd, 2024 – May 2025
Palm Beach’s favorite living room will once again serve as the backdrop for this season’s engaging weekly conversations with renowned tastemakers from Palm Beach and beyond.
