In a town defined by collecting, from art and automobiles to the objects that tell a life’s story, space is rarely just functional. It should be personal and intentional. CollectionSuites Palm Beach enters that conversation with a concept designed not simply for storage, but for ownership in its fullest sense. First introduced in Miami in 2018, CollectionSuites quickly found its audience. The original project sold out, signaling a demand that extended beyond practicality into something more nuanced, a desire for spaces that reflect the mindset of those who collect with purpose.

A Measured Arrival

Construction officially began in January 2026, marked by an intimate ribbon-cutting that introduced the project to Palm Beach. Now approximately 30 percent complete, the development is progressing steadily toward its anticipated completion in early 2027.

The scale remains intentionally limited. Just 20 private suites will be brought to market, each fully customizable, offering a rare level of control over both design and function.

Beyond Storage

Conceived by founder and CEO Juan Manuel Fayen, himself a collector, the project is rooted in a clear understanding of what it means to preserve something of value. Each suite is designed as an extension of its owner’s world, a private environment with clear intention.

CollectionSuites is not positioned as a traditional storage facility. Instead, it is being developed as a lifestyle destination, where collectors can not only protect their assets, but engage with them.

Each suite is designed with soaring ceilings, climate control, advanced ventilation, and hurricane-rated construction, paired with features that elevate the experience of ownership. Mezzanines ranging from 500 to 1,300 square feet, private kitchenettes, wine cellars, and integrated entertainment systems transform the space into something livable rather than utilitarian.

Technology plays a quiet but central role. A proprietary app allows owners to manage security, access, and suite operations seamlessly, while concierge services coordinate transport, maintenance, and curation as needed.

A Community of Like Minds

At the heart of the project will be a private clubhouse, designed as a gathering space where owners can host, connect, and share in a collective appreciation for what they preserve.

It is here that the project shifts from individual ownership to community, bringing together collectors who understand not just the value of objects, but the stories behind them.

In a market often defined by visibility, CollectionSuites offers something quieter. As construction continues, the project signals a broader shift in how luxury is perceived, not by display, but by intention.
