Palm Beach’s dining scene continues to evolve in thoughtful ways, and few openings have been as closely anticipated as Tutto Mare, which welcomed its first guests on January 2 at Royal Poinciana Plaza. Positioned directly along the Intracoastal Waterway and steps from the newly transformed Glazer Hall, the restaurant arrives at a moment when this stretch of the island is becoming a true cultural and lifestyle anchor.

Backed by the New York–based Tutto Il Giorno Restaurant Group, Tutto Mare marks the group’s first Florida venture following the success of its beloved Hamptons locations in East Hampton, Southampton, and Sag Harbor. With its debut, Palm Beach gains something notably rare: a true Intracoastal waterfront dining destination, designed to be enjoyed through golden hour and into the evening.

A Storied Setting, Reopened with Intention

The location itself carries deep Palm Beach history. Tutto Mare occupies the waterfront space once home to the Celebrity Room, the John Volk–designed restaurant and nightclub that hosted generations of late-night diners and high-profile gatherings. Reopening this address as a light-filled dining room signals a meaningful evolution, one that honors the past while introducing a distinctly modern sensibility.

Its opening coincides with the continued transformation of the Royal Poinciana Playhouse, now reemerging as a hub for culture, dining, and design alongside recent arrivals like Cartier and Glazer Hall. Tutto Mare feels intentionally woven into this vision, reinforcing the area’s role as a natural gathering point for the island.

Mediterranean Dining at Palm Beach Pace

Led by husband-and-wife team Gianpaolo de Felice and Gabby Karan de Felice, founders of Tutto Il Giorno, Tutto Mare reflects a deeply personal approach to seaside dining. Drawing from Gianpaolo’s Southern Italian upbringing, the restaurant centers on Mediterranean flavors meant to be enjoyed slowly and socially.

The culinary vision is guided by Culinary Director Agostino Petrosino, with Executive Chef Carmine Nozzolino overseeing the kitchen. Together, they bring regional authenticity, restraint, and consistency to the menu, focusing on quality ingredients and confident execution.

The restaurant’s scale supports this rhythm. With 200 seats total, including a 64-seat bar and lounge, 72-seat dining room, and a 64-seat alfresco terrace overlooking the Intracoastal, the layout encourages slowing down.

A New Constant on the Waterfront

Tutto Mare’s opening feels less like a moment and more like the arrival of a place meant to last. It offers Palm Beach something both new and familiar: Mediterranean seaside dining shaped by history, location, and an effortless sense of pace.

As the Royal Poinciana Playhouse continues its reinvention, Tutto Mare stands out as a cornerstone, bridging preservation and contemporary energy, and offering a dining room where the water, the light, and the evening naturally do the talking.
