Its opening coincides with the continued transformation of the Royal Poinciana Playhouse, now reemerging as a hub for culture, dining, and design alongside recent arrivals like Cartier and Glazer Hall. Led by husband-and-wife team Gianpaolo de Felice and Gabby Karan de Felice, founders of Tutto Il Giorno, Tutto Mare reflects a deeply personal approach to seaside dining. Drawing from Gianpaolo’s Southern Italian upbringing, the restaurant centers on Mediterranean flavors meant to be enjoyed slowly and socially.
The culinary vision is guided by Culinary Director Agostino Petrosino, with Executive Chef Carmine Nozzolino overseeing the kitchen. Together, they bring regional authenticity, restraint, and consistency to the menu, focusing on quality ingredients and confident execution.
The restaurant’s scale supports this rhythm. With 200 seats total, including a 64-seat bar and lounge, 72-seat dining room, and a 64-seat alfresco terrace overlooking the Intracoastal, the layout encourages slowing down.
