The East End is entering a new chapter, and Montauk is leading the charge. From beach club openings and buzzy restaurants to wellness studios and coastal retreats, the summer lineup feels fresher and more elevated than ever. Whether you’re staying for the season or just a weekend, here’s what’s new and next in Montauk.
Dining & Nightlife:
Following its celebrated debut in West Palm Beach, Mary Lou’s brings its vintage coastal glamour and high-energy atmosphere to Montauk. Located on West Lake Drive, the interiors are inspired, the cocktails are sharp, and the nights are long.

Gurney’s introduces its flagship restaurant, Gigi’s, with a New-American coastal menu that is as photogenic as it is fresh. Come for a long lunch, stay for the sea views and seasonal cocktails.
The French Riviera comes to Gosman’s Dock. Designed by Sam Baron, Bagatelle Montauk blends seaside elegance with European flair. Think crisp linens, chilled rosé, and South of France energy.

Solé East reintroduces its dining program with Sea Salt, a Mediterranean-influenced, farm-to-table restaurant where guests can dine poolside, under the trees, or by candlelight.
Palma Day Club at Montauk Beach House
Launching Memorial Day Weekend, Palma brings a new energy to daytime in Montauk. Expect headlining DJs, curated cocktails, and sun-soaked lounging with a lively social atmosphere.

Wellness & Lifestyle

This summer marks the Hamptons debut of Fuze House, the infrared-heated mat Pilates and sculpt studio known for its detoxifying, high-intensity classes. With locations in Miami and New York, the Montauk outpost offers the same signature experience with a relaxed, coastal edge.
Opening May 24, OMAYO Studios is a 3,000-square-foot luxury space in Montauk offering regular fitness, wellness, and beauty programming. Co-founded by artist Molly Eldred and events expert Amanda Usher, the studio aims to be a one-stop destination for holistic well-being.

Gurney’s Summer Fitness Series
In addition to the reopening of the Seawater Spa and its signature treatments, Gurney’s is hosting a curated summer fitness series with rotating instructors and wellness classes, including stretching, sculpt, and strength training. Sessions are offered outdoors with sweeping ocean views.
Accommodations

This brand-new oceanfront property opens in mid-June with 43 rooms, a luxury spa, gym, and sweeping views of both the ocean and Fort Pond. Designed for privacy and serenity, Offshore balances modern minimalism with beachside ease.
Montauk might be evolving, but its magic remains the same, salt in the air, style in every detail, and a summer rhythm all its own. Whether you’re here for a weekend or the whole season, these openings are just the beginning. Want more of what’s new out East and abroad?
