Chef Gwen Le Pape’s Exclusive Menu for Caviar Lovers

La Goulue is thrilled to announce an exquisite dining experience —the first exclusive Four-Course Altima Caviar Dinner. This luxurious culinary event, which will take place on Thursday, November 7th and will be curated by La Goulue’s Executive Chef Gwen Le Pape, will celebrate the refined and intricate flavors of caviar, with each course masterfully prepared to enhance its unique essence.

The evening will begin at 7:00 pm with a welcome reception featuring a Grey Goose Altius martini, or a glass of Champagne that will set the tone for an unforgettable dinner with a spectacular menu that will follow at 7:30 pm.

  • Amuse-Bouche: Kaluga Hybrid Caviar paired with Jumbo diver sea scallop crudo, complemented by Perrier-Jouët, blanc de blancs.
  • Appetizer: Siberian Caviar with lobster soufflé, paired with Sancerre, Claude Riffault 2022.
  • Main Course: Imperial Gold Caviar and Wagyu New York strip with glazed vegetables, paired with Puligny-Montrachet, Vieilles Vignes, Florent Garaudet 2022.
  • Dessert: Amber Caviar with Lemon sorbet, paired with Grey Goose Citron.

The cost of the evening is $350 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), and space is limited. Guests will also receive an Altima Caviar $100 Gift Card. To secure reservations, please  RSVP by Thursday, October 10.
